Good evening ( le prenom de ton amie) I've been very tired these couple of days and I think I have a headache, I can't eat, I can't move, I can't go out, I've been very tired. I take panadol but it hasn't been working very well and I still have a headache, do you know any medicines that could help me with this issue Thanks love
