H appartient à TR et K appartient à TI

les points THR et TKI sont alignés dans le même ordre donc on est en configuration thalès

TH/TR = TK/TI = HK/RI

4/10=7/TI
TI = 70/4=17.5 cm 

4/10=HK/17
HK = 68/10 = 6.8 cm
